Return Policy

  • For online purchases customers have 24 after delivery to report any manufacturing defects. From there we will either replace the defective part, replace the entire item, or issue a refund. Customers can call to report any defects.
  • If the product is not damaged but you are not satisfied, customers have up to 24 hours to return product with a full refund but a pickup and/or restocking fees will apply. The product must be kept in unused/ new condition. If the item is not in unused/ new condition then it can not be returned.
  • Items damaged by customers can not be returned.
  • To start a return customers can call 713-692-2562


  • Online cancellations are allowed with full refund if cancelled within 48 hours from the time of the purchase unless the item(s) is already on the delivery truck.
  • For any two day, next day or same day deliveries cancellations are not permitted. If that is the case those orders will be treated as returns and a restocking fee might apply.
  • To cancel an order customers can call 713-692-2562.

In Store Sales:

Return and Cancellation  Policy

  • Items sold off the floor are sold as is and can not be returned or exchanged.
  • If the item is purchased at the store but is not available and must be ordered then the same return and cancellations policies as the online sales apply.
